Accommodation and registration

We recommend the following two options, both in walking distance to the conference venue.

Hotel: Nassau Inn, Ten Palmer Square, Princeton, NJ 08542

We have reserved a contingent of rooms at the Nassau Inn, the main hotel in the heart of Princeton. The nightly rate for conference participants is USD 135, plus tax, for a standard room including breakfast. To obtain this rate, please quote ITP 2012 when making a reservation. Hotel accommodation needs to be booked individually by each conference participant, and is independent from conference registration.

To contact Nassau Inn, click here, or call +1.609.921.7500.

In addition to the Nassau Inn, there are other hotels in the Princeton area, but not in walking distance. We have not made arrangements with any of these, but if you need further advice (e.g. once our contingent at Nassau Inn is exceeded), please contact us and we'll try to be helpful.

University dorms: Scully Hall

As a low-budget alternative to hotel accommodation, we offer accommodation in Scully Hall, one of the student dormitories on campus, conventiently located to the conference site. Rooms are single occupancy, with two rooms sharing a bathroom, and are air-conditioned. The nightly rate is USD 60 and includes breakfast at Wilson College (Sunday) or Whitman College (Monday - Thursday). Reservations have to be made as part of the conference registration process, available via a link near the top of this page.

To locate Scully Hall, Wilson College, and Whitman College on the campus map, click here (Scully Hall) , here (Wilson College), and here (Whitman College).
